Wholemeal Lebanese bread is always handy to have in the freezer, for pizzas, wraps or making crispy for dipping! The kids love these easy pizza’s. The toppings are really what ever is in the fridge, and they are often vegetarian, because when you're looking at mid week meals, quite often parents don't have time to prepare the meat.
Nutritionist Tip: Use one bread per adult and ¼-½ per child.
