My son has been attending Papillio for around 4 years now and my 6 month old will join him when I return to work later this year. Papillio’s facilities are clean and spacious. My son especially loves the centre’s outdoor play area, which is filled with age appropriate play equipment. In addition to delivering fun and creative programming, Papillio’s educators are warm and caring. They create a safe and nurturing environment which has allowed my son to thrive. The centre’s manager, Roisin, goes the extra mile to help meet parents’ and kids’ needs alike. She is lovely and approachable and always responsive to any (minor) concerns I raise. My son adores her. Leaving your little ones in someone else’s care is hard; you wonder if they’ll get the level of love, support and attention you want for them. The caring, nurturing environment at Papillio gives me peace of mind that my son is in good hands.

My daughter has special and additional needs, and the team here has been incredibly understanding, supportive and most of all proactive. From the beginning, they made my daughter, and I feel heard and welcome, and it's clear they genuinely care about each child's individual journey. I am very grateful we made the move as I've already seen such a positive difference already.

Our son has built a strong connection with both his educators and his little friends, and we’ve seen amazing growth in him since starting here. Communication has been consistent and reassuring, keeping us fully informed and involved. All meals are prepared in house and well throught through. The centre is clean, well-organized, and filled with a variety of educational toys and activities designed to promote cognitive development and social skills. Our son has thrived here, and I feel confident and secure knowing he is in such capable hands. Thank u to Miss Anisha and her team of educators for your warm, patient and nurturing care and for going above and beyond to ensure my son feels comfortable and supported. We highly recommended Papilio Dundas Valley to other parents seeking care for their child.

It doesn’t feel like a business but more like a family. All the staff are so friendly, responsible, caring and I’m sad this is our last year at the centre. My child and I have developed amazing relationships with all educators and staff. The food is super nutritious and cooked fresh at the centre which is a bonus. The centre caters to a range of dietary requirements which is important to my family. Highly highly recommend.

The management team is amazing—especially Miss Julie and Miss Sachina—who are always kind, supportive, and approachable. They go above and beyond to make families feel welcome and well-informed. The educators in my daughter’s room are also fantastic. They are caring, attentive, and always create fun and engaging learning experiences. It’s clear how much they genuinely care for the children, and it gives us so much peace of mind knowing our daughter is in such good hands. We’re so thankful to be part of the Papilio Ryde community!
