My son has been with Nido Early School since 2022 (specifically with Nido Early School Thornlie since November, 2024). He settled in so... My son has been with Nido Early School since 2022 (specifically with Nido Early School Thornlie since November, 2024). He settled in so well, and the educators go above and beyond for the children. I can see that the educators at the service are passionate in what they do and are generally there for the children. It’s lovely to hear my son asking to go to ‘school’ on his at home days because he wants to see his friends and teachers ❤️

I moved my oldest daughter to this centre at the age of 4 from a different child care service back in 2015, I’m so grateful for making this decision as the improvement with her speech and confidence was incredible! Since then, Nido Early School replaced the service management, with a number of the staff still remaining today. Since 2018 I’ve had 2 more children attend here from newborns through to Kinder, my youngest child in her last year at the centre this year. I have been so happy with their service and their genuine ability to have a personal relationship with every child and their families. I have felt at ease knowing how well my children are cared for with the educators at Nido Moorabbin airport. The management at this centre are the most welcoming, caring and understanding ladies that I’ve ever come across. They communicate above and beyond in all areas, whether it’s the education program, notices, accidents etc. they do not fault in any aspect. Even though we moved out of the area in September last year, I have chosen to continue at this centre for my daughter to finish kinder here. My 2nd child is in grade 1 and tells me all the time how much he misses going to Nido, missing the food most of all! They often save him a serving of the lunch that was served during the day or the afternoon tea snack when we arrive to pick up his younger sister. All of the educators here don’t just ‘mind’ the kids, they form genuine bonds with each child which it’s so heart warming knowing my children are being so well cared for and knowing they are genuinely happy and enjoy their time at day care, learning so much as well! From the staff to the learning programs to the food it’s 5 stars from me and my kids and we are all going to be so sad at the end of this year when my youngest graduates from kinder as we will very much miss seeing the faces that greet us daily at Nido Moorabbin Airport, honestly couldn’t thank them enough for all that they do. 🩷💛

The leadership team is slowly but surely stabilizing with more experienced and core staff members joining/ stepping up which is promising. I hope our son can continue to enjoy his time here and make meaningful memories with the educators and other children.

As an educator I can honestly say that the service was very supportive and welcoming. The team there are absolutely amazing and caring... I’ve worked with Nido for about 4 years and can’t say anything but greatness about the team and the facility! The educators within the service have such a high level of care and dedication to the children and their work, making for a comforting and developmentally rich environment. Management has supported me throughout my whole career starting from a student to progressing into my role as a room lead. I can definitely say I love my job here at Nido and can’t wait to see what our future holds as a service.
