My 2-year-old has been attending this daycare for a few months and absolutely loves it. The teachers, especially Megan and the kind Filipino teacher, show so much love and care. There are daily fun and educational activities, and a chef prepares healthy, delicious meals. My child has learned a lot and become much more well-behaved. Highly recommend this centre to any parent!

As a first time Dad I was very nervous at first about leaving my daughter in the care of other people. However since... As a first time Dad I was very nervous at first about leaving my daughter in the care of other people. However since day one I have been put at ease by the communication, care and kindness of all of the staff. Lastly and more importantly my daughter lights up with a smile when I drop her off of a morning. Big love to the team at Children First South Hobart.

My daughter has been at Children First since she was about 1 year old. We have had good experiences there and my daughter... My daughter has been at Children First since she was about 1 year old. We have had good experiences there and my daughter has developed well with great language and creative skills and learned positive social skills. The centre is modern with good facilities. The children get the opportunity to participate in activities such as yoga, and learning about body autonomy. There are also fun dress up days for book week or pyjama day. The children get to make presents for their families and my daughter delighted in giving me a Mother’s Day gift she had made herself at the centre. My daughter got to help Sam the Director in the office when she was having a bad day and it really pleased her, as she loves helping with tasks. She loves Cherie one of her Educators and talks about her at home in a positive way.

Besides, there were a lot of staff movements earlier this year, and I’m glad to see it has been settled as well.The new director, Lisa has been very attentive and responsive to any enquiry.

My husband and I are very happy that we selected this centre as our twin toddlers’ first ‘school’ not only with their lovely facilities but also with all of the Tiny Tots room educators, Nancy, Abner, and Vivi. My separation anxiety was overcome thanks to their friendly and caring supporting towards our twins. can’t thank them enough every time I see our bubs happy to go to centre and thriving day by day. Thanks to Abner to become Ronny and Gigi’s favourite teacher ;) also highly appreciate the great learning resources and framework that admin team provide.

My son Jayden has been attending Children First Lightsview for a year now, and we couldn’t be happier with the care and support he receives. As a child with food allergies and eczema, it's always been a priority for us to find a centre that is understanding and accommodating. The team has been so attentive and caring, ensuring Jayden’s needs are met safely while allowing him to enjoy his day just like any other child. He absolutely loves his time at childcare, especially playing outdoors, exploring the sandpit, and spending time in the kitchen corner, which is one of his favourites! We’re so grateful for the lovely and dedicated educators who have helped Jayden grow and thrive, special thanks to Salma, Chloe, Ash, Betzy, Zhi, Casey, Elisa, and Jenny. Their warmth, patience, and genuine care make a big difference every single day.

We’ve been at Children First Early Education Lightsview for 6 months now, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm environment for the children. The meals are fantastic, offering a great variety that Leo always looks forward to. The outdoor space is spacious and well-designed, and Leo absolutely loves playing outside. There are plenty of engaging activities that keep him stimulated and happy. We've also seen remarkable development in him since he started attending. The regular updates on the Kindy app throughout the day help us stay connected and ease the challenge of working while being apart from him. Overall, it’s been a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend. Special thanks to Betsy and Zhi who make Leo feel special on arrival every morning.
