He is now in the Toddler room and I can't thank the team enough at Story House for making this journey of his early childhood for us as parents and for himself a smooth transition. My son enjoys going to day care, thanks to the lovely and passionate team of educators and the wonderful management team at Story house. Easing the mum guilt and anxiety around childcare as a first time mum. The way the amazing educators made him feel welcome and settled has been nothing short of fantastic. My little one is in great hands and I have seen so much growth in his development since being apart of the service. Wonderful, caring and nurturing educators, I am thankful for their support.

She treats every child as if they were her own, making them feel safe, valued, and understood My son was extremely anxious about attending childcare, but thanks to Jasmine’s warm and caring approach*, he went from fearful to absolutely loving his class in just 5-6 sessions She pays close attention to the emotional needs of the children, which makes a world of difference. I truly wish every educator was as dedicated and passionate as Jasmine. We are beyond grateful for her!

We moved our daughter to Story House Mernda on the recommendation of a Mum in our Mothers Group about a year ago and it’s the best thing we could have done. The team provide exceptional care and provide a safe and welcoming environment for our daughter. It is obvious that our daughter loves attending, is learning new things and making friends everyday. I cannot recommend Story House Mernda highly enough, especially if you’re anxious about sending your child to daycare as I was after a bad experience at another centre. The team’s communication throughout the day is consistent and puts your mind at ease that your child is well cared for. Thank you Story House Mernda for being so wonderful and genuinely caring for our daughter!

I like how there are the same educators for that specific room for the whole year so my kids will be familiar and build a rapport with them. I can tell my kids learn a lot, staff are friendly to family & kids and helpful. My children look forward coming to story house Mernda.

She is learning so much everyday and I can see how much her educators genuinely care for her. Always excellent communication and letting me know about her day and any messages. Management are fantastic and always greeting my daughter with a smile, they have always been very helpful with any questions or queries I’ve had. I Highly recommend story house mernda for quality care and education for our little ones.
