The educators are incredibly caring, attentive, and supportive of each child’s unique needs and abilities. It’s clear how much they genuinely care about the children. One of the things I appreciate the most is their focus on healthy food - it’s comforting to know my child is eating well-balanced meals every day. The centre is always clean and well-organised, creating a safe and welcoming environment for the kids. We feel very lucky to be part of such a nurturing and professional community. Highly recommend!

It’s a nurturing environment filled with engaging activities that keep the kids stimulated and happy. What truly stands out is the support and understanding the staff show, especially when it comes to children who may face behavioural or developmental challenges. You can tell many of the educators are parents themselves, they bring real empathy and insight into everything they do. We’re grateful for the effort they put in each day and for the way they make every child feel welcome and supported. Highly recommend.

The outdoor space is another standout feature — spacious, well-designed, and equipped with modern, age-appropriate play equipment that encourages both physical activity and imaginative play. We couldn’t be happier with our experience so far and feel confident knowing our daughter is in a safe, enriching, and loving environment. I would wholeheartedly recommend Story House to any of my family and friends looking for high-quality early childhood care.

Our boys started earlier this year, the staff are fabulous and really helped our eldest son settle in after moving towns. I feel extremely confident in the care my boys receive! They look forward to going every week. Each of the staff are kind, caring and always do fun, yet educational activities with the children. I look forward to seeing what they have been up to every day on Story park. The staff are very efficient at updating us on sleep, nappy changes and what they have eaten through the day in a very timely manner. The chef Norma cooks very nutritious meals that both my boys enjoy, and she makes the most amazing fruit birthday cakes!
