The centre has a welcoming atmosphere and a strong sense of community, both among the team and with the families we support. Overall, Sparrow Tarneit is a rewarding place to work with a strong focus on quality care, respectful relationships, and professional growth. It’s a great environment for both new and experienced educators who are passionate about early childhood education.

It feels like you are on a holiday in Bali. The amount of natural resources they provide is so good to see. My child loves risk play and this centre is perfect for it. Communication is amazing with Jess, Lee, Kayleigh and Lisa. They always communicate to me about my child’s day good and bad. I really appreciate how honest Jess is about my child’s day. Thank you team, you are all doing an amazing job ♥️

My son has started his long day care at Sparrow last year and now he just loves coming to his day care. All... My son has started his long day care at Sparrow last year and now he just loves coming to his day care. All the staff are very nice with kids. The staff keeps the centre very neat and clean which makes the place very hygienic for Kids. They have so many activities happening for kids on daily basis. I am so happy with the services and a bug shout out for all the educators.

My 10 year old still has a strong connection 5 years later and loves to see her old teachers that are still around.

My little one started in Studio 1 around two months ago, just before turning one, and the experience has exceeded all our expectations. From the moment I first stepped through the doors, I was struck by the warmth of the environment. It may look unassuming from the outside, but inside it's beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and has the most peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. Every detail is thoughtfully considered—even the fish tank in the babies’ room is spotless, always! You can feel how much they care about creating a nurturing space for both children and parents. Anthea and her wonderful team in Studio 1 have gone above and beyond to help my child settle in. The consistency of care is remarkable—every single staff member greets my child by name each morning, even if he’s starting in a different room. It’s a small thing that makes a huge difference, and it speaks volumes about the culture here. A special thank you to Janine and Desiree—if they’re in the office, they never fail to look up and greet us with a warm, genuine smile. It’s those little moments that really stand out and make drop-offs feel so reassuring. Thank you also to the whole team for your tireless, compassionate care. The staff are clearly passionate, and many are long-term team members, which was one of the first things I looked for—and a huge reassurance. My child is thriving—he loves the meals, the thoughtfully designed play areas, and he’s all smiles when I pick him up. The educators respect and support individual sleep routines, even staying close and comforting little ones who are still learning to self-settle. Their dedication is beautiful to witness. The communication is also fantastic: the weekly recaps with photos are so thoughtful, and the system is user-friendly once it’s all set up. Thank you, Sparrows team, for creating a truly special place. Don’t hesitate to book a tour—you’ll be glad you did.

Our family has been part of this wonderful centre for the past three years, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible... Our family has been part of this wonderful centre for the past three years, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible care, support, and education provided. From the very beginning, the staff have created such a warm, welcoming environment that has helped our child thrive. The educators are not only friendly and approachable but also incredibly attentive. On the tougher mornings when saying goodbye has been a challenge, they’ve always offered comfort and reassurance, helping ease the transition with genuine kindness and patience. It’s made such a positive impact on Bradley and us as parents. One of the things we really value is the excellent communication. Each day we’re kept informed about what Bradley has eaten and the activities they’ve enjoyed, and their learning progress. It gives us such peace of mind knowing they’re in such capable and caring hands. The food provided is always nutritious and varied, and Bradley absolutely loves it especially Kylie’s lasagna, which is a clear favourite! It’s great to know they’re enjoying healthy meals that they genuinely look forward to. Over the years, we’ve seen our child grow in confidence, social skills, and education, and that’s all thanks to the dedication of this amazing team. We feel incredibly lucky to be part of such a supportive and nurturing centre.
