Colour My World Children's Centre - Ermington

The educators at Colour My World Children’s Centre are passionate and dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for the children in their care. Every member of the team either holds or is working towards the relevant qualifications, including Certificate III or Diploma and Bachelor’s Degrees.

Working in line with the philosophy of the centre, the educators each bring their own unique and individual values. They always show respect for the children and their families and advocate for the rights of the children.

Each member of the team is also committed to ongoing professional development to further enhance their knowledge of the industry. They bring their experience and enthusiasm to work every day to offer every child the best possible education and care.

The educators foster open communication with parents to create connections between home and the centre. This allows the children to feel safe and comfortable as they learn and play each day.

Every child also received their own individual portfolio capturing their learning experiences, activities, conversations and work. These are prepared by the educators from their observations of each child. The portfolio serves as a beautiful keepsake record of the year and also serves as a tangible representation of the children’s progress and development.
