1. You know me very well because you apologised to me and my wife when I confronted you after you were caught screaming at my kid. That is why you replied here as "Hi Gagan".
2. You said you don't have/had any kid with my name as parent, this shows how manipulative you are and publically just trying to show that you are innocent.
3. You talk about "happy parents"!! What about those 10-15 parents who never reviewed your pathetic daycare? Had they also reviewed your daycare on Google, your rating would not have been more than 1 star.
4. I am utilizing my time, to warn other parents of how horrible a person you are. Now it is upto the parents reading this to make the decision.
THIS is my last reply. It is not worth wasting any more seconds replying to a cheap, loud and psycho lady like you. I am glad that I saved my kid.

MAIN REVIEW: As a concerned parent, I feel compelled to share my harrowing experience with this Child Care run by Mukta. If you cherish your child's well-being and happiness, stay far away from this establishment.
First and foremost, Mukta displayed a shocking lack of concern for the children entrusted to her care. Instead of fostering a nurturing environment, she seemed disinterested and indifferent, paying little attention to the needs and safety of all other kids and only focused on HER OWN DAUGHTER who is also at the same daycare. On several occasions, when I or my wife went to pick our kid, we could hear Mukta or her husband shouting at kids, and at one time, my kid was crying but she paid no attention. Her words were, "You are not the special one, okay. Behave like a normal child." When I heard this, I knew it was absolutely necessary to withdraw my kid from that horrible place.
But perhaps the most distressing aspect of this daycare was the owner herself, Mukta. She exuded an aura of callousness and insensitivity towards all other kids except her daughter (obviosuly) that was truly alarming. Not only did she fail to address the concerns raised by me, but she also seemed completely indifferent to the well-being of my kid.
In conclusion, this daycare is nothing short of a nightmare for any parent seeking a safe and nurturing environment for their child. Save yourself the anguish and heartache, and look elsewhere for child care services that prioritize the safety and happiness of your little ones.
And, don't go by the 4 Five star ratings. Keep on manipulating and lying on this public platform.

UPDATE: This is in response to the update that you have posted.
1. Anyone can read your name from your fake account profile name "Gagandeep Sandhu" and most professionals will greet the poster with their names mentioned on their profile.
As previously mentioned I never had a kid enrolled under your name so stop creating false stories.
2. This point shows that you really don't have any idea how family day care runs. If you ever had any of your kids enrolled in a family day care then you would have known how records are maintained centrally by the affiliated agency and centrelink but not by the owner which definitely can't be manipulated. So please educate yourself on how family day care runs.
3. According to the child care policies and procedures there are no trial classes offered to the parents which again shows your lack of knowledge.
4. Language you have used in the review is enough to describe you as a person and the fakeness of this review so you need not to worry about the parents.
I am glad that I haven't met a parent like you till date.

So if you really have a genuine feedback then show up with your own profile. As I dont have any record of you as a parent of any enrolled child your profile has now been reported to Google as providing false information and will be dealt with accordingly.
And,all 4 or 5 star ratings are given by the genuine happy parents who are with me for almost an year now and very much satisfied by the service I provide. So stop spreading fake words and utilise your time somewhere which can help you to stay focused on meaningful things.

This day care is amazing, a fun-filled place to be for the kids with a loving and caring tutor. Mukta who runs the centre puts in a lot of effort in preparing activities for the kids, engaging them in dance, music and little learning. She ensures to constantly update the parents throughout the day on how our kid is doing there.
Highly recommend this daycare for anyone who is after a loving care for their child 💖
