Pretty disappointing experience. Communication problems from the first day, educators look pretty overworked, too busy to acknowledge me or my husband most of the time. Could barely ever find someone who had any idea of how my daughter's day was. Sometimes saw an educator that I did recognise who actually spoke to me.
Few times had to walk all around the centre, upstairs downstairs to find the educators.
My daughter literally cried most mornings dropping her off even after 3 months.
Owe us money now we have left and ignore my emails blatantly.
Only good things are, the chef provides snacks for the parents and also they have cereal for the kids if you can find a clean bowl and some milk ...

Love this centre! We left our centre in Brisbane which I also loved and didn’t think I could like anything like that, but holy smokes! LOVE THIS CENTRE. Every person/carer/educator/chef there cares and is so very kind to us and everyone. It is such a beautiful place to enter and be apart of! It’s a big centre but feels just like a family one. Everyone is always happy there, and my oh my my son is sooo settled! He is in kindy and Miss Rachel is just an angel! The activities they do are so creative and diverse and my son loves it!! Sharlene the Centre manager is a testament to how all the educators treat one another and the families! And Georgia is just a bright light! Feeeeeel SOOOOO blessed we found this centre!!! Love that my son is being cared by people who really care!
