Some educators appear to enforce inconsistent rules, creating confusion for both parents and children. Additionally, one educator speaks to the children in an aggressive manner, which is highly inappropriate in a childcare setting. The new director was unresponsive, taking days to address email, which raises questions about the overall management and commitment to communication. Given these experiences, I strongly advise parents to carefully consider alternative options that prioritise professionalism, consistency, and a nurturing environment for children. Read more
