Our Philosophy: At Sanctuary Early Learning Adventure Redlynch, our philosophy is deeply rooted in collaboration, connection, and respect. These core values serve as the bedrock for fostering a nurturing environment where young minds can thrive and grow.

Family Owned & Operated:

As a family-owned and operated establishment, we cherish our roles and responsibilities within the community. Our commitment extends to every child, family, and member of our dedicated teaching teams.

Sustainable Practices:

We are dedicated to championing sustainable practices, integrating them into our daily routines and rituals. Our Green Teams, comprising children, families, and educators, actively implement initiatives outlined in our Sustainability Action Plan (SAP), ensuring a brighter, greener future for generations to come.

Reconciliation:

Our journey towards reconciliation is ongoing, driven by a vision where the cultures and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are actively recognized and respected. Through our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), we continuously strive to support and model respect and connection with local Indigenous communities.

Sense of Community:

We take pride in nurturing a strong sense of community within our center, where every individual feels valued, safe, and respected. Our aim is to make a positive difference in the lives of the children and families we serve, fostering a secure and inclusive environment for all.

Life Skills and Rituals:

Through daily rituals and authentic resources, we lay the groundwork for learning, empowering children to develop self-worth and confidence within a safe and secure environment. Our focus on meaningful interactions cultivates a sense of trust, worthiness, and belonging.

Inspiring Educators:

Our educators are passionate about engaging children in their play and learning journey, providing guidance and support while encouraging them to take the lead in their own educational experiences.

Inclusive Practices:

Inclusion is at the heart of everything we do. We strive to be positive role models, teaching and modeling values, life skills, and mutual respect. Every child, educator, family member, and visitor is welcomed and supported, ensuring a sense of belonging for all.

The Outdoor Classroom:

We view our environment as a powerful teacher, inspiring children to explore and learn through safe, considered risks. Our outdoor spaces provide opportunities for physical challenges and uninterrupted play, fostering the development of essential skills and a deep connection with nature.

Feedback & Collaboration:

Continuous improvement is central to our approach. Through ongoing reflection, feedback, and collaboration, we ensure that our practices evolve to meet the ever-changing needs of our children and community.

Frameworks to Guide Practice:

Our teaching teams draw upon a range of frameworks and philosophies to inform their practice, ensuring that every child receives the highest quality of care and education tailored to their individual needs.

Supported Teaching Teams:

We prioritize the well-being and professional development of our teaching teams, fostering a culture of mutual respect and collaboration. Through emotional intelligence and ongoing support, we empower our educators to lead fulfilling lives both within and outside of early childhood education and care.
