We moved our son to Westcare and since day 1 we have been continuously impressed. It such a lovely Centre, the facilities are very fresh, modern and the outside areas are amazing. The food always sounds delicious and nutritious and we are confident that he is getting a great range of nutrition provided. Educators/staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Our son knows everyone by name and has been able to build up a relationship with all staff not just those who are in his room. Director Rachael puts a lot of attention into building relationships with every child and their family. She is very approachable, open, responsive and present – we see her most drop offs/collections and if not she can often be found in one of the rooms or outside with the children. The daily communication through there app has been outstanding and makes any parent feel comfortable being able to see how their child is going each day.
