My grandson attended QT’s Kindy and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of care and support he received. The staff were absolutely amazing — from the front office to the lead educator and assistants, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely invested in his wellbeing.
They took great care of his personal needs, ensuring he was sun-safe, well-hydrated, and supported during meals and learning times. Their daily communication was also a standout — I was always kept informed about how his day went, whether it was a great day or a tough one (as we all know, kids have those!).
What really stood out to me was how confident and happy he was with the daily routine — he’d walk in, pop his lunch in the fridge, bag in the port rack, grab his hat and head off ready for the day. In the afternoons, getting him to leave was the real challenge — a true testament to how much he loved being there.
QT’s gave him a great foundation before starting Prep, and I’m incredibly grateful for the wonderful start they gave him. Highly recommend!

Bad management, unprofessional, don't follow guidelines, children are left thirsty, un-changed or just left in a nappy with no other clothes...

Montana shouldn't be running the place. I've caught her unprofessionally complaining about myself and other mothers when walking in and having her say " oh and this is Melanie".... Now she completely avoids you and tries to hide away, or avoid eye contact .. I've sent numerous emails to her with her generic response back every time.
I've asked about regular water breaks, she said there's a stand the kids can walk up to.. my son's water bottle I put tape on it to check if he was having water.. he wasn't...
I've said the kids need to have regular changed nappies to reduce rashing and her response was yes they do... they don't... My child's nappy was busting out the sides at one point with a huge wet rash...
Complaints must fall on deaf ears here.
I've felt they do and since her mother's the boss, figured that one out pretty fast... I feel for the ladies in that toxic work place...The poor ladies working there don't feel comfortable with it either.
There is no routine for the children, it's always changing, as are the lead educators in the rooms, my child was also changed from room to room DAILY.
Until I asked him not to because I want him to feel comfortable and not catch all the flus there being subject to ALL childrens rooms.
The reasoning of changing his classes every day was because of "numbers"...
My son is 2 and this is his first time in kindy... Ever. My husband and I have 6 children, have had our fair share of daycares. This has got to be the worst we have ever come across.
QTs has left a bad taste in my mouth.
Everyone else working in the toxic workplace, if you can read this. I'm sorry, you guys deserve better.
Don't choose this daycare if you care about the health and wellbeing of your child.
