The director is on a power trip and told me to defrost me on the bench. I said it wasn’t going to work for me coz some1 will get sick and it’s not the correct process according to food safe standards and if she wants me to that plz show me where it says that’s the correct process. She said didn’t wanna argue and I just have to do it coz its her “preferred method” not the correct method. Also just look at their floors it’s covered in caked in mud. They are feeding ur kids sugar and jams by the jar just so they eat and keep quiet instead of having ethical practices that are in the best interest of the children.
