This centre go through new staff almost week. I had my child in care for a few months here and honestly it was such a negative experience. Communication is very poor. Don’t expect to be told if your child has an incident. Management is poor and staff told me this first hand before we left. I tried to speak to head office before we left about my concerns but never received a call back. If new management takes over Grow has the potential to be really great. They have excellent facilities and a great chef. The centre also charges more than the average centre which is ludicrous. Not a good experience. Educators leave a lot, and most are very young. One staff told me in the first day that they... Not a good experience. Educators leave a lot, and most are very young. One staff told me in the first day that they were planning on leaving for a better job. We persisted but they kept calling us to pick kids up over any small thing and we were getting so many sicknesses to the point of losing so much money and we haven't had much issue with that at a different kinder. Kids were very scared of going there and didn't build relationships with educators. Food and playground were pretty good but overall would not recommend. There was an incident of a staff member towards a child as well and that person got moved on. Just way too many issues there, the staff are always stressed and over it and the kids can pick up on it.
