They also have great programs and i love how the different rooms and environments are all set up and are welcoming to meet all the children's needs and interests. Please do not send your children to Sonas Woodbridge or any of the Sonas centres (that are left). The manager has employed her son... Please do not send your children to Sonas Woodbridge or any of the Sonas centres (that are left). The manager has employed her son to which he is not respecting the rules laid out for his age / qualifications. It has been made extremely clear that all managers cannot be impartial due to the circumstances. The owner of Sonas herself clapped back at me when I raised concerns with her. I am utterly disgusted in the behaviour of the managers especially those higher up that should know how to professionally deal with a complaint. The educators there are the most wonderful people but since the management changeover they have been overworked, yelled at & denied mental health leave… I’ve seen staff leave, and the rest of them have their bubbly personalities be diminished.
