We have been at this centre for over 2 years, initially known as Folkestone before transitioning to Journey. Majority of the staff have been the same since my boy started as a baby, so we have been able to form some really wonderful and meaningful relationships with the educators. My boy is so attached to the team and tells me regularly how safe they make him feel. He absolutely thrives at Journey and we are so happy with the love and care he receives while he is there. The peace of mind we have in knowing, without a doubt, that our child is safe, happy and well taken care of is so reassuring. Read more

I recently enrolled my daughter, and I was initially very worried as she was so comfortable in her previous childcare. But I am so relieved and happy to see how far she has come in just one month! Her educators Megan, Jean, and Mary each have such a unique and special bond with her. I remember Megan telling her how much she misses her when she’s not in the room, and my daughter running into her arms for comfort. Jean lovingly calls her “my girl,” which makes her feel so special. Mary always comforts her by picking her up, and my daughter absolutely loves that. The warmth, care, and genuine affection from her educators have helped her settle so beautifully.
