I am constantly inspired by the welcoming and professional environment that the centre provides. From the moment children arrive, they are greeted with care, warmth, and attention, ensuring they feel safe, secure, and comfortable. The centre places a high priority on offering quality care, and it’s clear that this is at the heart of everything they do. A key element that truly sets Centre Impressions apart is the positive culture that permeates throughout the centre. This vibrant atmosphere isn’t just by chance—it’s driven by the strong leadership and support from the head office team. Their commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive environment creates a space where children feel confident to explore, learn, and grow. The leadership team ensures that both educators and children are supported, which directly influences the overall experience in the centre. A positive culture is essential for children’s learning and development. When children feel emotionally safe and valued, they are more likely to engage deeply with their learning and with others. They take more initiative, ask questions, and feel empowered to try new things, all of which lay the foundation for a lifelong love of learning. I’m proud to be part of a team that thrives in such a nurturing environment. It’s the combination of strong leadership, a supportive head office team, and the dedication of all staff that creates a space where children can truly flourish. Impressions early education is a place where every child’s experience is meaningful, and that makes all the difference in their growth and development. Read more

The service manager Jane is incredibly approachable and connects with the families by providing a happy face every day and a welcoming atmosphere. Seeing her trust her team and walk beside them to mentor them to provide the best quality care for the children attending is truly inspiring and wholesome for parents to observe each day. Beautiful centre with only a handful of good educators unfortunately. So sad to see the same educator each morning more interested in paperwork then... Beautiful centre with only a handful of good educators unfortunately. So sad to see the same educator each morning more interested in paperwork then greeting my child or any child for that matter. No consistency or communication with staffing. No routines. Just chaos. The manager will tell you what you want to hear and brush you off when concerns are addressed. Staff wear white shirts and shoes that are dirty and discoloured. Silly uniform that looks unprofessional. If you want to be professionals and be treated like professionals it would help to dress like professionals. Overall not much to be impressed about. Read more
