Sent my two daughters here for 6 months and I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Terrible, actually zero feedback and communication and newsletters weeks late. They call on Friday afternoons asking to pick your kids up early so they can go home early. Gave them a food allergy form and this wasn't even read until I asked after my daughter was unwell. Also, my girls came home with worms ALL the time. I mentioned this to 3 different staff members and suggested they maybe put it in the newsletter - this fell on deaf ears. They took excessive fees out of my account that we didn't even owe and you cannot get hold of them to sort it. Currently owed over $1000 and still waiting for it. My two girls hated going every day and they didn't learn or progress in their time at this centre at all. Very disappointed. Not sure how they got the 'exceeding standards' title I believe it's as a company/franchise not individual centre as they quite simply would not pass. Read more
