He has shown great progress in communication and social skills since joining. He enjoys the structured learning activities, outdoor play, and story times. The centre maintains excellent hygiene and provides regular updates and photos through the app, which helps us stay connected to his day. What we love most is how the educators treat him like family — always smiling, greeting him warmly, and supporting his individual needs. Thank you for creating such a nurturing environment. Unfortunately, my experience with Kidscape has been quite disappointing. The management team lacks proper communication with parents — they’re often unresponsive, and important information is not shared in a timely or transparent way. There have also been multiple incident reports involving unexplained scratch marks on children, which is very concerning. What’s even more frustrating is that they are now asking parents to leave fake positive reviews to cover up the issues. I find this completely unacceptable and misleading. As a parent, I value honesty and open communication, and sadly, Kidscape has fallen short. I would not recommend this centre to others. Read more
