Welcome to Guardian Childcare & Education Hamilton! Our purpose-built Hamilton child care centre in north-east Brisbane is spacious, warm and inviting, with a stimulating environment for your child’s learning.

With incredible indoor and outdoor environments, children have a safe and secure way to explore their world. Bright and modern, our early childhood education Centre in Hamilton will quickly become your child’s home away from home.

Our Guardian Hamilton early learning centre has six beautiful learning studios,grouped by age, and a separate sleep room attached to the nursery.Each space is full of high-quality educational resources for the best play-based learning experiences. 

Children attending our Hamilton child care centre have access to modern, resource-rich environments, along with:

  • Leading educational programs such as Joy of Reading, Cooking, Out & About Community Excursions, Sustainability and more.
  • Fresh, nutritious meals and snacks with the best seasonal ingredients, prepared on-site by our very own Chef.
  • Baby nappies, wipes, linen, sunscreen, hats and all snacks and meals.
  • Experienced Educators and degree-qualified Teachers who focus on building strong relationships with families.

The Queensland Government offers funding to provide families up to 15 hours of free kindergarten a week. The funding off sets the fees for children who turn four years old by 30 June in the year before they attend primary school. This support is in addition to the Child Care Subsidy and can help to lower your out-of-pocket fees.

Our high-quality Guardian Hamilton Kindergarten program has a strong focus on social and emotional development. We support children to develop the skills needed to become confident, engaged learners as they move up to school.

About the curriculum

The curriculum at Petit Early Learning Journey is based on an individual approach that recognises the unique skills, perspectives, knowledge and expectations of each child. Supported by the Early Years Learning Framework, the curriculum allows for child-focused, play-based learning where the children can explore their natural curiosity and develop their imagination. The educators take a holistic approach to each child to help them develop their cognitive, emotional and social skills. 

The children are cared for in three different rooms:

  • Babies (0-2 yrs)
  • Toddlers (2-3 yrs)
  • Kindergarten (3-5 yrs)

Seeing her grow into such a curious, kind, and confident little person has been such a joy for all of us. Mildred, Jana, and Jackline will be so touched to hear your kind words—they care deeply for the children and it really shows! We’re especially thrilled to hear about the potty training success (go team!) and all the little “who taught her that?!” moments—those are the best!
