I would not recommend working at this childcare centre, especially for Educators/Room Leader/ECTs. The work environment is highly stressful, and the manager, Angela, lacks a strong work ethic. She does not respond to calls, emails, or texts in a timely manner, making communication difficult. The atmosphere at the centre is tense, with staff members displaying competitive behaviour and even spying on their colleagues. Many of the parents are also unhappy with the service, which only adds to the overall negative environment. I ended up leaving after just two days, as it was clear that this is not the right place to work. The staff seems intimidated by the manager, which raises concerns about the overall leadership and culture at the centre.
