The manager is inexperienced and uneducated she never answered emails or phone calls and hid in rooms to avoid answering questions regarding overcharges, the child being wet, lost property, and so on. Kindergarten programs rarely occurred there were no records of learning or child development until requested. Pictures were posted for a week, and then the same thing happened again. When the kindergarten teacher was approached and asked about our child's learning and development, she was unable to answer questions, as she was rarely in the room, often in the office or talking elsewhere. A few times, during drop-off or pick-up, we saw children running around unsupervised and without interaction with educators who were grouped together talking.The room looked messy, uninviting, and dirty. This was not what was offered to our child during the tour with kindergarten teacher..The kindergarten room was often closed, and the children were in different rooms. When asked why, the kindergarten teacher said that staff members had called in sick. Leaving this center was the best decision. Be careful when deciding whether to enroll your child here this is definitely not a place I would recommend. Read more
