The building is very old, poor management with lack of professionalism. On March 2024, I contacted Marcela Silveira who is a Senior Team Leader and Enrolments of this business. Marcela Silveira was the person who took us for a tour and I have been asked a payment of $50 non-refundable registration fee to be considered an place in a waiting list (giving me a hope for a place for my child). After 4 months of waiting without any feedback from them, I sent an email to Marcela Silveira to ask about my request. She said that the childcare is full until the end of the 2024. My disappointment is that why this person did not say that when I did the tour instead of asking me to pay the sum of $50. On the other hand, I requested to speak to the manager of this business but they always said that is busy or is not on sites. In other words, The manager knows about the issues. Parents, think twice before enrol your child on this childcare. I wouldn't recommend to any friends or relatives to this Subicare Early Learning Centre. Read more
