With over 14 years of experience in the Early Learning Industry, Elise brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for fostering inclusive environments.

Elise's journey in the field extends beyond early learning, with valuable experience in the Disability Industry as an Administrator, Office Manager, and Support Worker. This diverse background enriches her approach to childcare, ensuring that every child's unique needs are understood and met with care.

At the heart of Elise's philosophy is the belief in creating a welcoming and safe space for families, children, and the broader community. She recognizes the importance of embedding the cultural backgrounds and experiences of each family into the center's programs and teaching methodologies.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Elise's life goal is to empower both children and adults to express their rights and serve as an advocate for those who may need support in doing so. Her commitment to advocacy reflects her deep-seated dedication to promoting equity and inclusivity in all aspects of life.
