Welcome to Jenny's Kindergarten & Early Learning Riverwood

Well-established in the local community, Jenny’s Kindergarten and Early Learning Riverwood caters to children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. With strong links to the local community, the educators ensure that every child feels welcome and included. Cultural learning, including embedded Indigenous perspectives, is also an important part of the program at the centre.

The purpose-built centre includes four large rooms, staggered across two levels. The younger children learn downstairs with their classrooms connected to the renovated outdoor play space. The older children learn in the upstairs classrooms. All the rooms are well resourced to meet the needs of the children at different stages of their learning.

The outdoor environment at the centre was designed with an Indigenous theme. The space uses recycled materials and is considerate of the natural environment. Well-shaded, the outdoor area provides opportunities for the children to explore freely as they develop their physical and gross motor skills. The children can choose to play in the gardens, sandpit, mud kitchen or use their imaginations in their daily adventures.
