Shane the chef is friendly and has got the kids eating so many tasty things I can't get them to eat! Joel in the 4yo room has been exceptional at helping our eldest thrive in so many areas of learning and social development. Martine and Kyati in the 2yo room have endless enthusiasm creating an amazing environment for nurturing relationships between the kids and educators. There are fun activities planned each day with several incursions every week and beach trips for the 4yo room all year round on Thursdays. We were hesitant after being in family daycare and at the Dromana sessional kinder for 3yo kinder last year. But class sizes are smaller than most centres and I couldn't believe the difference in the kids just 3 weeks in, their confidence to engage in group actitivies and excitement to go each day has been a game changer for our family. I was initially unsure about enrolling my toddler in childcare, but as working parents, we needed the support. From day one, every person at the center has been incredibly kind and supportive, making this challenging transition so much easier for both my son and me. I truly can’t thank them enough. Usha - from the Reef Room - is an absolute rock star! Her knowledge of childhood development is impressive, and she answers every question with such calmness and warmth that you immediately feel reassured. Her team is always nice and friendly. Brydie has also been amazing — a total legend! She has handled my endless questions and requests with patience and understanding, which I’ve really appreciated. Michel - the manager - works tirelessly behind the scenes and still finds time to listen and support parents, despite being so busy running what I honestly believe is one of the best childcare centers in the area — and believe me, I’ve seen quite a few. And then there's Shane — not only he cooks delicious meals, but he’s also incredibly thoughtful about dietary needs. He greets us every morning with a smile, and my son genuinely misses him at pickup time when Shane’s shift has ended.
