Our child attended Nara for 1 term. During this time they sustained multiple injuries and was upset coming home from kinder. We contacted the centre multiple times asking for further clarification of incident reports and incidents that did not have associated reports but clear injuries were present on our childs body. We sent a complaint through to YBallarat and never received a response. We removed our child and she is now happy and thriving at a new kinder. Read more
