Insight Early Learning Joondalup

Insight Early Learning Joondalup is a brand new child care centre with passionate and dedicated educators. The centre offers a natural environment for children, and has a focus on sustainability.  

Children from 6 weeks of age up to 5 years old are cared for by educators who understand the value of strong relationships with families. The centre opened in 2020 and operates from 6.30 am - 6.30 pm 52 weeks of the year, with undercover parking for parents. 

The centre aims to let the children play outside as much as possible. The spacious all-ages playground was designed by a landscape architect and includes slides, real grass, sandpits, secret garden, real wood climbing logs, climbing wall and mud kitchen.

The centre’s culturally diverse menu was designed by a nutritionist and follows the Australian Nutritional dietary guidelines.

The meals are served ‘family style’ where children are encouraged to serve themselves and one another from a few communal bowls placed on their table. This ritual is an important part of developing social skills and allowing the children to grow as friends.

After the meal, older children will clear their plates, sorting the scraps to use to feed the chickens or to place in the compost bin. Some of the children’s favourite meals include Thai green chicken curry, honey soy fish noodle stir-fry, and sticky lamb maple sausages and green beans.
