At 38 Hilltop Childcare Centre we aim to continually strive to build meaningful relationships with all families and children in our care through trust, honesty, and respect.

Just like our children, we are constantly
seeking ways to grow and improve! We encourage families to become involved in decision making of the policies and procedures of our early learning service. 

From the moment you walk into our doors you will feel a sense of a established environment welcoming to the community, families, children and educators. Our
settling in and transition process has always been a smooth process. We have created and developed a warm, welcoming, educational and safe environment for all our children.    

38 Hilltop Childcare Centre values the role of parents and
families. We aim to establish respectful,supportive partnerships with all families. The unique cultural backgrounds, history and views are valued and
welcomed. We invite families to input their ideas and thoughts into our program and share their heritage, traditions, culture, and ways of life with
us.
