I can’t speak highly enough of this centre and staff. Previously at other centres I had to remind them of such simple things for... I can’t speak highly enough of this centre and staff. Previously at other centres I had to remind them of such simple things for my child, he was often upset when I picked him up and just in general no communication amongst staff. At una they are so professionally loving, CALM, and foster every child’s individual needs and interests so well. They encourage outdoor play, they have chickens, stingless bees, baby snakes, and they sometimes capture small insects for a couple of days to teach the kids about them. All the parents and children are LOVELY, it’s such a beautiful community and environment to go to weekly. My son is very content there and does not cry when I pick him up now he’s very happy and likes to show me around before we leave. They also play guitar which my son loves. I also love that he is learning about First Nations culture at this centre along with the foods too. Their chef is always cooking such healthy different meals and snacks. The staff always listen to any concern or change in his routine is implemented straight away. My son at this centre has not had any incident reports of other children being rough etc and I think that is down to how they choose to let into this lovely community. The management staff are always around and also respond to emails and calls so quickly. I honestly didn’t know a daycare experience could be this pleasant and not stressful.
