I only recommend Montessori beginnings officer to anyone looking for childcare! We have been coming here for 7yrs for both my kids. My youngest who is currently in the kinder room and is 3 & 1/2yrs has been here since 10m old. She also has extra health care needs and the educators and management have been beyond amazing, nothing is too much for them! From her having a diagnosis of accelerated ketosis which means she can get high ketones very quickly and when this happens, she also gets hypos (low sugars) and crashes. The staff have been tier 1 AMAZING! Nothing is ever a hassle for them, from finger pricks and checking ketones and blood sugar levels, to giving jelly beans or apple juice to get her out of a hypo, to then communicating with me and letting me know. Their communication is FANTASTIC!! Exactly what you want as a mum to a child with extra health care issues! If they call me and tell me, I know they are worried! I fully trust their judgement as they know my child very well and know when she’s having episodes. They are fully equipped to deal with her extra health issues and if need be they wouldn’t hesitate to call an ambulance as per medical orders if she wasn’t coming out of her hypo or ketosis. It gets better though! The amazing management team and educators have actually educated themselves, gained knowledge and learnt all about her conditions, all in their own time which they haven’t had too.
