Welcome to UEL Enoggera
Uniting Early Learning Enoggera is a small and nurturing Childcare and Kindergarten with mixed-age, family-style groupings of 2 to 5-year-olds. We accommodate up to 27 children daily, offering a unique environment that is comfortable and familiar to our children and where they are supported by Educators who can spend a little extra time with each child.
Our diverse team of experienced and qualified Educators are dedicated to giving your child the best educational start in life. They provide an inclusive, play-based, nature-based environment; encourage a sense of wonder and adventure. Here, children learn the meaning of love, forgiveness, respect, service to others, equality, inclusiveness, and care for the environment – ideals, important for healthy friendships, families, and society.
Our goal is to create a stimulating, nurturing and challenging learning environment where children can develop to their full potential, with a sense of belonging, positive self-esteem, wellness, and a loving heart. It is a special place for your child.

I love that it is set up like a big family day care, which allows for strong attachments between staff and the little people. My son is easily overwhelmed in big social situations and has a bit of separation anxiety, so having a small centre with consistent staff makes him feel so safe and nurtured. Read more

In January 2012 the National Quality Framework (NQF) came into effect across Australia.
The purpose of the NQF is to improve and standardise the quality of child care through a
range of measures including better staff to child ratios, higher staff qualifications
and an assessment and rating system designed to promote continuous improvement.
Under the NQF child care services are assessed and rated against the National Quality Standards (NQS).
The NQS measures the quality of early childhood education and care in Australia. It will cover
most long day care, family day care, preschool/kindergarten and outside school hours care services.
Under these standards child care services will be assessed and rated against the
seven quality areas, 18 standards and 58 elements that make up the NQS.
