Programs
Incorporating a range of extracurricular activities and engaging learning experiences, the program at World Tower Child Care Centre is holistic and exciting. The educators make the most of the indoor and outdoor learning spaces to plan a program that will encourage the children to explore the world around them and discover their unique strengths and interests in the process.
The program is individualised for each and every child, respecting and acknowledging that every child has unique needs. The program also allows time for free play, a critical element of early childhood learning and development.
The school readiness program is taught by a university qualified teacher and helps to build the foundational skills the children will need to succeed at school and beyond. This includes academic skills, such as literacy and numeracy, as well as social and emotional skills that will support their transition to school.
The children also participate in the ELLA digital language program to foster a a sense of global citizenship and understanding. They learn early STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) concepts and participate in creative arts, dramatic play and music learning.
For children with additional needs, the Inclusion Support Programme (ISP) is also available in partnership with KU Children’s Services, the NSW Inclusion Support Agency.

Parent communication and involvement
Parent communication and involvement
The educators at World Tower Child Care Centre respect parents as their child’s first teacher. They take the time to get to know the parents and encourage them to share experiences and ask questions to support their child’s learning.
The centre also has a family app that is updated in real time with stories from the children’s day. Parents can access this app while they’re at work or home to feel connected to their child’s learning.
About the curriculum
About the curriculum
The curriculum at World Tower Child Care Centre aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework and is delivered across four rooms:
Nursery (6 Weeks - 18 Months)
The children in the nursery follow an individualised routine that mimics their home routine as closely as possible. This provides consistency for the children and helps them to feel safe, secure and settled with their educators.
In the designated outdoor play space, the educators focus on building the children’s gross motor skills. They engage in sensory play to enhance the awareness and development of their five senses.
Junior Toddlers (18 Months — 2.5 Years)
For the Junior Toddlers, there is a strong focus on helping them to develop their independence, self-help skills and self-regulation. They start to develop their social skills and explore the world around them through play.
There is a separate outdoor play area for this age group to allow them to play with their peers in a safe and familiar environment. The curriculum for the Junior Toddlers is more structured than in the nursery, while still allowing them opportunities to discover their own interests and strengths.
Senior Toddlers (2.5 Years - 4 Years)
As the Senior Toddlers mature, the focus moves to their social, emotional and cognitive skills. They participate in a wide range of engaging activities, including creative arts, movement, music, language and literature. The daily program is balanced to allow for child-led learning and activities.
The educators work in partnership with families to reach milestones such as toilet training and social skills.
Pre-School (4 Years - 6 Years)
The focus in the Pre-School room is on school readiness, helping to prepare the children for life at school and beyond. The school readiness program helps to embed these skills, ensuring the children are set up for success from day one.
The curriculum for this age group is also flexible and child-led, encouraging the children to be accountable and engaged in their learning journey.

Morning
Isabella arrives at the centre and crawls straight over to an educator reading a book. Once that story is finished, she helps her educator to choose another one.
Lunch
Isabella’s nap time is after lunch. She brings her comforter from home and drifts off to sleep with quiet and relaxing music playing in the background.
Afternoon
Before she goes home, Isabella joins her educators and peers in the nursery’s outdoor play space. She enjoys building a castle in the sandpit.
Morning
Harry bounds into the centre in the morning, ready to race some cars around the track. It’s his favourite thing to do and he is usually joined by some of his fellow toddlers.
Lunch
Harry turns three in a few months and his parents mentioned to his educators that they are starting to talk to him about toilet training. The educators continue this at the centre and encourage Harry to use the toilet after lunch.
Afternoon
In the afternoon, it’s finger painting time for the toddlers. Harry puts on his art smock and dives his hands straight into some blue paint. He is painting a picture of the sky for his parents.
Morning
5-year-old Sebastian is getting excited about his transition to school next year. He has been learning about being independent so unpacks his bag as soon as he arrives in the centre in the morning.
Lunch
Before lunch, the pre-schoolers are practising writing letters. Sebastian likes to practise writing the letter ‘s’ because he has two in his name. He comments to his educator that the ‘s’ looks like a snake.
Afternoon
Sebastian joins his friends in the outdoor play area. They are continuing with some dramatic play they started the day before. They are explorers searching for long lost treasure!

My 11mo son visited WTCC under casual enrolment for 3 days during a work trip to Sydney. I COULD NOT RECOMMEND WTCC more! My son has only had occasional daycare exposure prior and relies on a little extra comfort and reassurance in care, especially while we're traveling. The facilities, meals, educators, communication and handover process were fantastic. I was so apprehensive about the trip but Natalie and her amazing team, the Koala room in particular, made the whole experience far more seamless than I could have imagined and kept me updated and organised every step of the way. Sincere thank you, team! Read more

This childcare center, situated in the heart of the CBD, stands out as one of the finest options. The dedicated educators truly comprehend our needs, fostering a remarkable journey for our son's growth and socialization skills. Amid the challenges of the pandemic, World Tower Childcare remained steadfast, contrasting with other providers who closed their doors. Regrettably, as our son graduates and embarks on the next chapter of schooling, we wish we had discovered this exceptional place sooner. Special thanks to Miss Natalie, Katie, and the supportive team for nurturing our son throughout the years – Chris will undoubtedly miss you all. Read more

My daughter had the privilege of being part of the World Tower Childcare Centre family for a year and a half, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. World Tower Childcare is more than just a daycare; it's a nurturing environment where every child is cared for with passion and dedication. One standout aspect of WTC is their unwavering support for temporary visa holders, providing a level of inclusivity and flexibility that's not commonly found in the city. This accommodating approach made a significant difference for our family. Natalie and the entire team at WTC are nothing short of amazing. Their genuine care and dedication to each child are evident in every interaction. Special shout-outs to Ms. Song, Ms. Crystal, Ms. Michelle, and Mr. Carlo, who have left lasting impressions on my daughter. It's heartwarming to know that my child had such incredible teachers guiding her, especially during her very young age. World Tower Childcare Centre is a gem in the city, and I feel fortunate that my daughter had the opportunity to be a part of this community.
