As a co-worker we work together as a team with our room and the centre. I feel valued as a team member and I feel heard. There is great team morale. We have recently enrolled our son in Pre-kindy room. All the staff members and the Manager was very helpful and kind. He only... We have recently enrolled our son in Pre-kindy room. All the staff members and the Manager was very helpful and kind. He only took one to settle in, which was excellent. The lady in kitchen, Abby used to cook special food for him as he was not eating what was cooked for everyone. He was offered extra time to eat separately as he was shy to eat with everyone. I have found the staff is welcoming and they are respectful of all cultures and traditions. Big thanks to all team for their hardwork which they did for our son😊 Read more
