Extremely disappointed with the culture at The Early Learning Hub Picton. There are staff members who display bullying behaviour, and despite raising concerns, nothing is done. It’s clear that protecting staff is prioritised over the wellbeing of children and families. Accountability is lacking. No parent should have to worry about who their child is being left with each day. Read more
