I would not recommend this kinder, not family or child-focused. Over the period of 6 months, they made no reasonable and timely adjustments... I would not recommend this kinder, not family or child-focused. Over the period of 6 months, they made no reasonable and timely adjustments for my child who has a disability. They had plenty of time to prepare before my child officially joined, and week on week we saw no changes. My child was isolated in many of the group activities and it wasn't until I pointed it out that they started including him. I spent a lot of time providing them on-hands support, resources, information and materials, including the sourcing of disability equipment to ensure that they were supported to support my child, but after 6 months, they demonstrated to me that they are not an early childhood service that 'exceeds quality standards' as they pride themselves to be about. It's been an incredible waste of our time and energy. Relaying this feedback to their area director was even more disappointing, didn't even bother to read my child's file on our first meeting and kept talking down on me on subsequent conversations, as if I did not know how the system works, or they knew my child's needs better than I do.
