We are based literally across the rd from daycare. We emailed & called in relation to vacancies for our child and no response. We were on waiting list for nearly 4 years with not even one returned call and/or email. We were forced to email and/or call only to be met with contempt - 'if there were vacancies we would've responded to your email' . My child is now starting school and we still didn't get the call back! So much of support local. Out neighbors were "lucky" enough to enroll their child, but few months later decided to take their child out due to their complacence and arrogance with no support when their child got sick. Avoid.
