I had a highly disappointing experience with the director, Edwina, at Canterbury Community Child Care Centre. She has been consistently dishonest in her communication, providing conflicting information via email and phone. Without any prior notice, she deducted two weeks’ fees along with a processing fee, and the bond was never refunded. Initially, she confirmed my child’s enrollment for February 25, 2025, but sent me documents in November 2024, demanding that I fill them out within just one day. When I later canceled the enrollment, she falsely claimed that my child had been booked from November 2024 instead of February. Her communication skills are extremely poor, and she lacks professionalism. Due to these unethical practices, I have lodged a complaint with the Department of Education. I strongly advise parents to be cautious when dealing with this centre, especially with Edwina. I do not recommend this childcare service to anyone. Read more

I loved this school with my failing heart, it's fine ability to teach and hand make those delicate toys (kites). I had the most skibidi time and shall tell of those stories to my gyatt grandchildren.
