We honour each family’s unique journey and respect their individual values, traditions, and lifestyle choices. Our staff work closely with parents, fostering open and honest communication to create a consistent approach between home and the centre.

Families are kept informed about their child’s daily activities and development, and are encouraged to participate in our centre’s activities, from social events to involvement in the Parent Committee. We also offer opportunities for parents to assist in shaping our policies, ensuring their voices are heard.

At Mosman Kinderland, we believe in joint decision-making and active involvement in programs and education. Our centre provides a supportive community, offering resources and networks to assist families as their children grow. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where every family is valued and supported, promoting positive outcomes for children and parents alike.

Lexi has owned and operated Mosman Kinderland for over 17 years. Lexi is the Early childhood educator who motivated and leads the team. Lexi has 3 children lives on the Northern beaches. Lexi has over 23 years experience in Early childhood education. Lexi co teaches the 4-5 year old age group but also supports the centre as a whole. Lexi is passionate about scaffolding children's learning, celebrating children's curiosity and uniqueness and providing a safe, inclusive and collaborative environment for all.

Narelle has worked with Lexi for over 5 years at Mosman Kinderland but previously worked with Lexi over 19 years ago. Narelle has over 25 years experience in educating young children. Narelle recently became Lexi's business partner over 2 years ago and work in a collaborative partnership. Narelle teaches the 4-5 year old age group and is passionate about preparing children for school.

Tia has been an educator of our 3- 4year old group for over 10 years. Tia is highly energetic, nurturing and inspiring. Tia holds a very close rapport with all children, families and the team.

Brianna joined our team in early 2024 and teaches the 2-3 year old age group. Brianna was previously working as an educator at a service on the Northern beaches. Brianna is very nurturing and creative.

Cathy has worked at Mosman Kinderland for over 17 years and is part of the centre family. She brings lots of laughter and fun to the day.

Hayley, Lizeth and Rahni support our educators in caring for our young children. They are all very nurturing and love engaging with the young children in co-learning and exploration through play.

Our team is a very close team and work in a collaborative manner. We all bring our strengths and support eachother to bring out our best teaching. We believe in partnership and working together with the children and families.
