Great at first then changed about 12 months ago. The Highest staff turnover I have ever seen, couldn't even tell you how many different faces we seen in the span of 6 months or so. Voiced my concern at Xmas last year to the centre director and she didn't care. Centre directors not very helpful. Many that's been there since we have been enrolled. Emma was great. Most Staff don't communicate with you or acknowledge you, we only have 2 educators that actually will speak and tell us how the day was. My child had an incident where she was injured, upon picking her up no one even knew about he injury, (happened 6 months ago and still has a big scar to show for it). 2 days of asking what happened for something to be done about it. Burn mark about 5 CMS. There was no follow up on it from the centre. There is no responsibility for the children's shoes, socks, clothing and drink bottle, every night at pickup we are constantly trying to find the drink bottle. Searching outside and several rooms as they all go in different rooms after a certain time and everything is left behind and we don't know what room they are in. Yet again staff changes. Staff that don't even engage with the children let alone listen to them. We don't even know who they are, no names etc all complete strangers everyday. How are children going to get use to anyone when they don't even know who is the educator. My child doesn't even want to go any more because her educator is been forced to move to another room. Chloe is awesome, she is great with my child and is the only educator my child will stay with easily at drop off, soon to be going back to having strangers in the room once again. The only reason we are still enrolled because she finishes soon and it is right near my place of work. Read more
