From the moment we enrolled our boys, we have had nothing but a positive experience. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They go out of their way to make sure each child feels safe, valued, and supported. The rooms are always clean, bright, and thoughtfully organized, featuring age-appropriate toys and plenty of space for children to play. Plus, there are multiple beautiful outdoor play areas, which are also designed to meet the needs of specific age groups. My children have absolutely loved going to Sagewood Harrisdale, and it's comforting to see how much they’ve learned and grown. The teachers provide daily updates on what they did, how and what they ate, and how they napped, which gives me peace of mind knowing they are well cared for and I know how their days have gone. The communication from the daycare is excellent. They’re quick to address any questions or concerns, and they have a parent portal for easy access to information. We have had our little man enrolled at Sagewood Harrisdale since he was 4 months old. The care the staff have provided him since day 1 is as if he were their own. The staff from management, educators, the cook and the owners are all so invested in each child’s learning and wellbeing. We feel so at ease taking him every day, knowing he is going to be nurtured, loved and inspired by people who genuinely love and care for him.
