Walking into Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten for my placement felt less like stepping into a workplace, and more like stepping into a second home. Every moment was filled with laughter, learning, and genuine care — not just for the children, but for me as a future educator. I wasn’t treated like “just a student” — I was trusted, guided, and valued. Watching the way the team connected so deeply with each child showed me what true early childhood education looks like: relationships first, always. Aspire is a place where tiny hands build big dreams — and so do pre-service teachers like me. My time here didn’t just prepare me for a career; it reminded me why I chose this path in the first place. A heartfelt thanks to the management team ( Sukhdeep, Amandeep and Gagandeep kaur)and my mentor teacher ( Shaan-E-Ali)for fostering such a supportive and inspiring environment. Your leadership sets the foundation for a place where everyone — big and small — can truly thrive. Read more

I recently went there with my cousin to drop off her child and was genuinely shocked by what I saw. The staff looked extremely stressed and short-staffed, and the atmosphere felt chaotic and unwelcoming. I saw one staff member standing on a stationary tractor doing nothing, while another stood in the sandpit with hands in their pockets, speaking in another language in what sounded like an argument. It didn’t feel like a safe or nurturing environment for children at all. Most concerning was hearing that children are scared to go there because staff have shouted at them. That’s absolutely unacceptable in any childcare setting. I strongly advised my cousin to remove her child from this centre. Based on what I observed, I would not feel comfortable sending any child here. I hope the management seriously looks into the staffing issues and the behaviour of their team before more families are affected. Read more
