Angel Babies Childcare Centre

The educators at Angel Babies are dedicated to providing a high quality of care for every child at the centre. They care for them as if they were their own, nurturing them in a warm and friendly environment. 

Other than a caring disposition, the educators are all qualified in Early Childhood Education, including Bachelor, Diploma and Certificate 3 trained educators. To support this, each member of the team also participates in regular professional development to enhance their skills and knowledge. The educators also have asthma and anaphylaxis training, food handling training, child protection training.

The educators work in collaboration with families to ensure that each child has the best possible start to life and education. They recognise that this type of collaborative approach is essential to helping the children to successfully transition to school. 

Open communication is central to the relationships the parents have with the educators. The centre has a policy of respecting the culture and experiences of the parents and children and encouraging them to share their traditions and language with the educators. The educators send monthly and daily updates and photos so that parents can feel involved in their child’s progress.

Parents are also encouraged to take advantage of opportunities to spend time with their children in the centre. They are welcome to attend events or community incursions as they are able. Parents are also invited to provide input into the philosophy, procedures and policies of the centre.

Aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework, Angel Babies offers a holistic and engaging curriculum. Incorporating the whole child, the curriculum helps to lay the foundations that children will need to succeed at school and beyond.

The centre is committed to continuous improvement, so regularly observe, document and evaluate all aspects of the service, including the curriculum. This includes tailoring the curriculum to each individual child to ensure their learning is appropriate for their age, needs and developmental stage.
