Certain teachers abuse their authority and act irresponsibly, which reflects a deeply flawed school culture. When problems occur, teachers consistently fail to take appropriate action. Instead of resolving conflicts among students themselves, they rely on parents to intervene. It is entirely unacceptable—teachers should be the ones taking responsibility and managing such issues professionally.” Read more

Dear Rosaleen, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused by the recent management changes at our centre. We understand how unsettling this can be for both you and your son, and we apologise for any distress it has caused. The industry-wide shortage of quality educators has created challenges for us and we are sorry we couldn't do better to solve this for you. Our team is actively working to fill the director position with a dedicated and experienced individual who will ensure stability and quality care. In the meantime, our current staff is committed to maintaining a nurturing and supportive environment for all the children. We value your trust and understand how important it is for your son to feel comfortable and connected with his friends. Please feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any concerns or if there's anything we can do to make this transition smoother for you and your son. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Sincerely, Team Genius

In January 2012 the National Quality Framework (NQF) came into effect across Australia.
The purpose of the NQF is to improve and standardise the quality of child care through a
range of measures including better staff to child ratios, higher staff qualifications
and an assessment and rating system designed to promote continuous improvement.
Under the NQF child care services are assessed and rated against the National Quality Standards (NQS).
The NQS measures the quality of early childhood education and care in Australia. It will cover
most long day care, family day care, preschool/kindergarten and outside school hours care services.
Under these standards child care services will be assessed and rated against the
seven quality areas, 18 standards and 58 elements that make up the NQS.
