Programs
Programs
The program at Bright Beginnings Child Edu-Care Centre is play-based and engaging. For the children aged over 3 in the Kindergarten program, the days are more structured, while still allowing them to follow their interests.
An important element of the program is school readiness, helping to prepare the children for the transition to primary school. The educators lay the foundations of learning that the children will carry with them into school and beyond.
The children play learning games, sing songs and participate in gross and fine motor activities. They also engage in literacy and numeracy activities by writing their names, learning the alphabet and playing number games.
The program is exciting and varied, helping the children to develop their creativity, confidence, communication and other essential life skills and qualities.

The educators work collaboratively as a team, respecting and supporting each other and the talents they each bring to the centre. They are committed to continuous improvement and participate in ongoing professional development to support this.
Parent communication and involvement
Parent communication and involvement
The educators at Bright Beginnings Child Edu-Care Centre respect the role of families in a child’s education. They strive to work collaboratively with families, to understand their culture, customs and beliefs. This also gives the educators insight into the child’s needs so they can support them in the best way possible.
The centre emails the daily programs to families so they are across what their children are doing each day. Families can choose to be involved in the activities at the centre as much or as little as they like.
