Cheeky Monkeys Day Care Centre

Cheeky Monkeys Day Care Centre is a family owned long day care centre that has been established since 2006. We are licensed for 28 children per day between 18 months and 6 years old. We provide learning opportunities that build upon each child's strengths while challenging them to explore their potential. Children are encouraged to ask questions as they build an understanding of the world, and their place in it, while learning to live and play happily and purposefully with others. We act as an extension of home and provide an environment where children feel loved, accepted and secure, as well as being a place where children are encouraged to achieve their best socially, emotionally and academically. We have a moral and social obligation to the children, their families and the greater community to provide the children with a core foundation that will support them through life to become active members of the community.

We have 3 rooms at the centre for our different age groups: 

-Nursery (Curious Monkeys) -Preschool (Clever Monkeys) -School Readiness

4 meals are prepared fresh on-site daily for your child and we provide a 4-weekly rotational menu, inlcusive to all children's dietary requirements, and aligning to the Australian Dietary Guidelines.

We provide a school readiness program to support your child in their transition to school and to develop the skills they need to be confident and indepent learners. Our learning journey at Cheeky Monkeys Day Care Centre is based on the Early Years Learning Framework V.2 and the National Quality Standard which together underpin our practise. These values and principles apply across all quality areas.
