The educators keep parents informed about their child's daily activities, milestones, and any important updates through regular newsletters, app updates, emails and displays in our centres. Real-time communication ensures that parents stay connected and involved, even when they’re not physically present.

The educators also value face-to-face interactions and offer daily conversation as well as regular parent-teacher conferences. These meetings provide an opportunity for parents to discuss their child's progress, development and any concerns they may have. Parents are empowered to actively participate in their child’s educational journey through open and honest dialogue. 

The centre uses the OWNA app to connect parents to their child's experiences. With features like daybooks, photos, and videos, parents can witness their child's milestones first-hand. They can stay connected throughout the day, knowing that they can easily access updates and communicate with their child’s educators.

Three Little Birds values childhood education as the foundation for lifelong learning. The curriculum is designed to prepare children for their transition to the wider community and help them become confident, independent active members of society.

Educators work in partnership with families and children to create a program where the children learn skills and concepts through play and interest based experiences. The centre strives to maintain a balance between teacher-directed experiences and child-initiated learning.

Three Little Birds offers a developmental program, based upon an emergent curriculum, the Early Years Learning Framework, and the National Quality Framework.
