Wiggles and Giggles Wentworthville Long Day Care

Wiggles and Giggles Wentworth celebrates every child’s uniqueness, with tailored programs that foster confidence, self-esteem and a sense of identity.  These include:

• School readiness: a play-based curriculum that gives children the essential numeracy, language, social and emotional skills for a smooth transition to primary school.
• Early Learning STEM Australia (ELSA): play-based digital learning to explore science, technology, engineering and mathematics. It encourages children to ask questions, make predictions, experiment, and reflect.
• ELLA: an exciting digital language learning program for preschoolers. Children learn one of 13 languages using play-based apps, designed to reflect children’s interests, like cooking, art, building, role-play and music.
• Munch and Move: supports healthy eating and physical activity habits in young children with both structured physical programs and unstructured, spontaneous activity.
• Sustainability: introduces nature in fun activities and engages children in discussions about sustainable practices such as recycling and avoiding excess waste. The centre also runs the Wiggles Eco-Topia program, an educational channel to assist families and the wider community to develop sustainable practices at home.
• Be You: the centre embeds the “Be You” mental health program into services policies, procedures and practices. Educators are an active part of the “Be You” community, and promote mental health and wellbeing within the centre and wider community.
