Incident reports are missed, cameras dont pick up on things either apparently, staff will essentially blame your own child if an incident occurs. My child was bitten on the face by another - was noted as a bite mark by centre director only for them to end up blaming my child for being the cause. This mark was circular, had teeth indentations, ruptured the skin, brusing and caused minor scarring. Biting YOUR OWN face is physically impossible but take note that later on my child will be blamed for this?! Was told no teachers reported anything and nothing about this caught on cameras. Was just a backtracking of embarrassment on their behalf for staff missing the incident take place and then pretty much throwing their arms up like oh well not much we can do now it was probably your own childs fault anyway ( they tried to say it was from dancing 🙄 even if that was true the marking would be a scratch like mark ). NOT a very visably clear bite mark that was noted by centre director straight away only to have it turned back onto us. The only thing they offered was if we wanted to keep coming in for a play and stay 🤣 No, we got serious and left! Not good enough. Dont bother. Update: as you can now see below⬇️ the centre replying to my review of the stance that i wasn't even in there system as though to make it seem that this occurance did not happen 😳 appear to look good online and take no accountability. Therefore further cementing the initial review. Again, don't bother with this centre if you're a parent that cares about their child being looked after properly when you're out of sight because it wont be done here. Read more
