Firstly, my child is able to go over the front gate and into the carpark - this is an issue that I've had on the first week. Major design flaw and safety issue. Second problem was that there was no baby gate at the bottom of the stairs (double story building) and staff left door open so children can access this area and potentially fall or hurt themselves. Problems with forms, staff allowing my daughter to sleep 5 hours one particular day, my child has their own sunscreen but was being given centre generic sunscreen for who knows how long, difficulty on drop offs where staff don't approach you sometimes I can be there for up to an hour on drop off especially during the first few months of care, pickups usually unprepared and often there are missing shoes/jackets etc. Unreasonable holiday rates/communication flaws etc. There are a small number of staff that are very good and my children have made friends however I would NOT recommend to others. Parents unfortunately have no choice because we have to work and spots are limited but this would not be my first choice especially with the daily rates being so high. Read more
